Traditional Aleppo soap

The history of Laurel & Oliveoil soap goes back more than thousand years, to the Syrian city of Aleppo. It is the origin of the hard soaps used today throughout the world. Completely natural, it and contains no synthetic additives, artificial colours or preservatives. Its principal ingredients are olive oil and laurel oil.

This soap is an unmatched cleaning and nursing agent for skin and hair by combining the academically proved effects of the olive oil and laurel oil. The olive oil supports the self-regulating function of the skin and thereby the perspiration. This is simply because the unsaturated fats in the olive oil are very similar to the fat of our skin . Therefore it is well absorbed and conjoined with the own protection system of the body.
It also invades into deeper skin layers and there it binds humidity. The skin can breathe and sweat without loosing humidity. Therefore, it is suitable for the cleaning and care of baby's skin just like for ripe and sensitive skin. In fact it supports the anti-aging effect. Laurel oil has antiseptic effects, a very good antibacterial activity and helps against scaling scalp.

We deliver the traditional soap bar with three different ratios:

75% Olive Oil und 25% Laurel Oil
Order-No. NB 1003

85% Olive Oil und 15% Laurel Oil
Order-No. NB 1001

95% Olive Oil und 5% Laurel Oil
Order-No. NB 1004

The fresh weight of the soap is about 140g - 160g / unit and can vary due to traditional cutting technique.

Packaging: We supply the soap in attractive boxes. For retailers, we offer also a display with 24 soaps in the original carton.

The older the soaps are the more dry they get. Accordingly, the weight of origin decreases.


pure herbal soap - high in Vitamin E - antiseptic

Ingredients: Olive oil, Laurel oil, Soda, Water

INCI: olea europaea, laurus nobilis, sodium hydroxide, aqua

Directions: Miraculously suitable for the daily shampooing and cleaning of face, hands and the whole body while having a shower. It provides the skin with daily moisture and nourishment. The soap is known to help against psoriasis, loss of hair, acne and neurodermatitis. A regular application aids demonstrably the recovery of skin diseases. Therefore it is recommended for people who have allergies. As no artificial additives are used and the main ingredient of the soap is olive oil, it is suitable for baby skin care.
